here at cherrybaby, all of our wax snap bars are made with 100% eco coco wax.

eco coco is 100% natural, made predominately with coconut wax, is bio-degradable and vegan friendly.

it does not contain any nasties such as genetically modified ingredients, soy, palm or paraffin based products. 

we are always looking at ways to develop and expand our range of snap bars.

every fragrance currently available can be found in the cherrybaby online shop, however, we are working on some exciting new products which will be available for purchase in the near future. 

if there is a particular fragrance you would love to see in the cherrybaby range, we'd love to know!

cherrybaby accepts all major credit and debit cards.

it currently takes 3-5 business days to process orders. whilst it is possible for orders to be processed quicker, customers should be aware that it can take the full timeframe to process, especially during busy periods. 

P&P for all cherrybaby orders under £40 is set at £3.49. this covers your parcel for shipping using Royal Mail tracked 48. cherrybaby offers free shipping for orders over £40.

following collection from cherrybaby hq, royal mail aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 days* and for your peace of mind, tracks your parcel all the way to your home (or chosen delivery address). royal mail tracked 48 also provides our customers with flexible options - including safeplace delivery & delivery to a preferred neighbour.  * please be aware that the 2-3 days timescale relates to royal mail delivery times only.  cherrybaby can not be responsible for any delays in delivery once orders have been collected by royal mail.

cherrybaby is a small business, and as such, we simply can not be as fast as big brands. we are so grateful for your understanding and patience. 

due to the differences in shipping outside out of the UK, cherrybaby is currently set up for UK shipping only. 

however, if there is a demand for orders further afield, we would be happy to review this. if you are based outside of the UK and would like to place an order, please contact cherrybabymelts@gmail.com and we will see what we can do!

due to the nature of cherrybaby products, once a wax melt has been opened, we are unable to refund you on your purchase. however, if a rogue 'waxident' has slipped through our net, please return the product, unopened, to cherrybaby and we'd be happy to ship out a replacement.

we are also able to offer a replacement for other products such as melters in the event of damage upon delivery - however the replacement can only be shipped once the damaged item has been returned to cherrybaby for review. requests for replacements can only be made within 5 working days following delivery.

cherrybaby offers full details of the scents used in every wax melt to help you decide if a fragrance is right for you. we are unable to offer a refund or replacement on a product if you do not like the scent upon melting.
