due to the nature of items sold, cherrybaby is only able to offer a refund in the following circumstances:
wax melts - cherrybaby is unable to offer refunds on wax melts UNLESS a product is deemed to be below quality standards. should you feel that this is the case, please send an email, along with photos of the perceived issue, to cherrybabymelts@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
should cherrybaby agree that the product is faulty, you can return the item for a refund or replacement.
buyers are responsible for all return costs - refunds, or the issue of a replacement, will be processed once the faulty product is received by cherrybaby hq.
please note, due to the nature of this material (wax) 'below quality standards' does not include breakages (unless this is due to subpar packaging) - it is also very unlikely - or a discovered dislike of a scent.
cherrybaby is also unable to replace or refund on an item which has been opened, or used.
