processing and delivery: standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. whilst it is possible for processing to be quicker, buyers should be aware that it can take the full 3-5 days to dispatch an order, especially during busy periods such as christmas or following a launch. 

cherrybaby orders are dispatched via royal mail tracked 48.

royal mail aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 days* and for your peace of mind, tracks your parcel all the way to your home (or chosen delivery address). royal mail tracked 48 also provides our customers with flexible options - including safeplace delivery & delivery to a preferred neighbour. 

*please be aware that the 2-3 days timescale relates to royal mail delivery times only.  cherrybaby can not be responsible for any delays in delivery once orders have been collected by royal mail.

sales: all items made by or provided by cherrybaby can only be purchased for non-commercial use. cherrybaby expressly forbids any customer from selling on items purchased from cherrybaby, either under the cherrybaby brand or their own. should you wish to become a cherrybaby stockist, please contact cherrybabymelts@gmail.com for terms and agreement.

designs: all designs for snapbars, packaging and social media content are developed by and used for cherrybaby products and marketing.

communication: cherrybaby is not prepared to accept aggressive or abusive communications, either via email (inc. our contact us form) or social media (instagram or facebook) 

cherrybaby reserves the right to delete, without response, any emails which are deemed to be spam / trolling - cherrybaby will do everything possible to address genuine queries or concerns - and will block any follower unable to conduct themselves appropriate on social media.

payments and refunds: payment for purchase is taken in full at the time of ordering. items will not be dispatched without payment. refunds (if restricted criteria is reached) will only be issued upon receipt of relevant items.
